Gently cleanse the area to remove body oil and skin residue. Do not use moisturizers, creams or other skin care products near the area before using the nipple shields as this will reduce the adhesion of the nipple cover.
Apply the covers one side at a time. Make sure that when applying, the nipple is in the center of the breast shield. Lightly press the breast shield onto the skin to achieve the final result
