Instructions:
Clean your skin of all oils and creams. Once this is done, dry your skin with a soft towel, place the base of the U-shaped bra base part just under your bust. Once the base is in place, apply each cup to your breast. Remove the protective film and gently place the adhesive wings on either side of your torso and gently press the cups and wings to smooth the adhesive on the skin and ensure optimal support.
